To get started with booking an in-person or online session:

(Jacquie, Jenny, Rachel, and Laura are our Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) and Tory is our Registered Social Worker (RSW) now booking at both locations. Please note that our rates for RCC counselling will be increasing on June 1, 2024 from $157.50 (including tax) to $170.00 (including tax) for 50 minute sessions. All session lengths will be prorated accordingly.
